ISA adheres to the industry-recognized standards of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). NFPA 72 establishes minimum requirements for inspection, maintenance and testing of fire alarm systems, including required qualifications for technicians and proper test methods and frequency of testing for system components.

All senior technicians have extensive fire alarm training and at least five years of experience. Supervisors are certified by the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technology (NICET) at a minimum of NICET Level II. A NICET Level II is an independent, journeyman-level engineering technician.

ISA helps you stay code compliant with new parts for all major fire systems. Through agreements with various sources, we are able to provide our customers with parts for all major fire systems especially proprietary and legacy systems

Our in-house repair lab gives us the ability to support your systems as long as you need them. This helps you avoid costly upgrades until they become necessary.

FIRE EXTINGUISHER

ISA makes sure your fire extinguishers are maintained according to local, state and national codes and regulations. Extinguishers are checked for correct weight, tagged and labeled with month and year of recharging, “Verification of Service” collar installed around the neck of the extinguisher and extinguisher are exchanged when necessary.
